By: Lei Antoinette Ballesteros

We All know that Social Media is a very big impact to us, not only to governments ,teachers , and us students. Like in our Century or generation now a days , many people have already have their own gadgets . Using different social medias like Facebook, Instagram , Twitter, Pinterest etc…Maybe about 70%-90% people here on earth have their own gadgets.

Social Media Helped or change the community through its Platform.. Mostly now that our world is being tested by a disease called COVID-19, many people are being confused and worried about the situation, but in the help of social media.. people were able to still connect with each other thru chatting in messenger and using face time.. social media also helps us to know what is happening inside and outside our country.. but if you think that social media and using technologies are only “minor” , think twice again because if you see or look at the bigger picture.. technology is actually. “Major” in our lives.. by only using technology and social media platforms to continue our learning or studies , by using googles and blog to research our lessons and things.. and only by using Facebook to reach out to our friends and loved once in our day- to -day basis and youtube to understand more about your math difficulties .. we can see that technology and social media helped us a lot!.. So what i can say is..don’t think that social media and technology is just a minor in our lives..there are many help and more coming help that social media will offer to us..

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
